This audit would suit manufacturers or caterings who want to ensure their business is food safe and that any risk has been identified and actioned.
SALSA Compliance Audit
Based on the SALSA standard identifying any non compliance against the SALSA standard.
BRC Global Food Safety Standard v 6
Based on the scope of the BRC Global Food Safety Standard v 6 . The audit will identify any non compliances against the BRC. A Gap analysis would be produced showing clearly the actions required in order to the compliant to the standard.
