We offer the following Compliance audits.

Food Safety Audit

This Food Safety audit would focus on the food safety risks within the business. The scope of the audit is based on HACCP and the risks associated with the business. This audit would suit  manufacturers or caterings who want to ensure their business is food safe and that any risk has been identified and actioned.  

TESCO PIU Compliance Audit

Based on the latest TESCO TFMS standard. The audit will identify any non compliances  against TFMS and will indicate how far the site is in achieving a Green Status. Please note we recommend a minimum of 2 days for the Tesco PIU GAP Analysis to be realistic.

BRC Global Food Safety Standard v 6

Based on the scope of the BRC Global Food Safety Standard  v 6 . The audit will identify any non compliances against the BRC.  A Gap analysis would be produced showing clearly the actions required in order to the compliant to the standard.
