What BRCGS Gluten-Free covers.

BRCGS Gluten-Free (currently Issue 4) is a certification programme for sites producing gluten-free products, giving retailers and consumers independent assurance that gluten-free claims are genuine.

It builds on a site’s existing food safety certification, adding specific controls for allergen management, gluten testing, supplier control and labelling accuracy — assessed by an independent audit against every clause of the standard.
